Qualifications: B.Com (Tourism), Lincoln University; B.Com (Hons), Lincoln University; Master of Management (Distinction), University of Waikato; Grad Dip. Comm & PR, AUT.
Sarah has worked in the market research industry for more than 10 years, both in Australia and New Zealand.
She has extensive experience in customer satisfaction, market positioning and perception research, brand and advertising tracking and pre-testing evaluations, in-depth interviews, focus groups and her specialty online research. She has also managed projects for packaged goods and concept evaluations.
Sarah has worked with a number of clients in markets including financial and insurance services, not-for-profit organisations, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, tourism, government, utilities, and fast-food.
Sarah is a member of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand.
