We are often asked what kind of clients we work with.

We work with organisations from almost all sectors, from associations to utilities.

The people we work with come from all kinds of background - small business owners, communications and marketing professionals, chief executives of medium to large private companies, industry association and professional body executives.

While this may seem a huge range (and it is), as individuals they have some common characteristics:

They (usually) know what they want. They know exactly how public relations and marketing communication will fit in their marketing plan. They know what decisions need to be made and what research information is required to support those decisions.

When they need ideas and options, they are prepared to pay for them. They don't expect free strategy development and detailed proposals pitched on spec.

They value experience. They want to put their requirements in the hands of senior level people who enjoy doing the work themselves (rather than win the account and pass the work to juniors).

They trust their own judgement. They are prepared to make decisions and stand by them.
