John Shattock, Director
John is a senior public relations professional with more than 40 years media, research and PR experience.
John’s public relations accreditation (APR) dates back to 1992. He has been a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (FPRINZ) since 2001. He has served several terms on the PRINZ Northern Region Executive and is a member of the national research committee.
John holds the NZ Direct Marketing Association's Certificate in Direct Marketing.
He has achieved industry recognition as a joint winner of PRINZ awards for Most Outstanding Communication Campaign and Best Corporate Programme.
John is a New Zealand Fellow of the Commonwealth Press Union and has numerous awards for news reporting, feature writing and publication quality during his previous 22-year career in journalism.
Sarah Rasmussen, Research Director
Sarah is responsible for media content analysis, perception research, and online survey services.
She has eight years trans-Tasman market research experience including customer satisfaction projects, market positioning and perception research, brand and advertising monitoring, pre-testing evaluations, and online research.
In a highly-successful academic career, Sarah achieved undergraduate and honours degrees at Lincoln University and a Masters degree with distinction in Management Studies from the University of Waikato’s Management School. Her majors were in Marketing and Tourism Management.
Julie Shattock, Manager
Julie is the company’s admin wizard. Her responsibilities are accounts, databases, times, dates, places and people.
She has several decades retail experience and knows the real meaning of customer service.
Julie is a serial business networker (co-founder of ConnectHers) who loves bringing people and businesses together.
