Your PR Starter Pack:

Free when you subscribe to 'Get Your Message Across', the email newsletter which helps you do just that.

The PR Starter Pack comes in two parts (both free).

In Part 1, you receive a special report which discusses the issues which people like you face in defining, refining and communicating key messages to the audiences you depend upon for your organisation's existence and growth.

Then, with the help of your answers to a short questionnaire, you'll receive a special report in Part 2 which is tailored to the needs of your business or organisation.

The PR Starter Pack includes a subscription to Get Your Message Across, an email newsletter which contains further information, insights and useful tips.

There's a little present for you with Part 2 — a poster which I guarantee you'll get a few chuckles from (or you just don't have a sense of humour).

A friend describes it as "the unofficial rules of life and business". It's the full original version of "Murphy's Law" with all the old sayings. Here's a couple of my favourites:

  • "The chance of a piece of bread falling buttered side down is directly proportional to the cost of the carpet."

  • "No matter how long or hard you shop for an item, after you've bought it, it will be on sale somewhere else cheaper."

Isn't that the truth!

There's more than 40 "Murphy-isms" on the poster, which will be sent free, while stocks last, to New Zealand addresses only (sorry folks, this offer doesn't apply to requests from other countries).
